You request to vote by mail, sign and verify your request and VERIFY your address BEFORE the ballot is sent out and then when the ballot arrives, you fill it out, sign it, have it witnessed and send it back in. I've done that for many many years while serving in the military. That is NOT what this video is about, it's about UNIVERSAL MAIL-IN voting when ballots are sent out to EVERYONE registered voter, dead of alive, even those would want to vote in person.   43. "Common Sense?" Common sense would tell you in such a contentious time, do not use universal mail in voting. First, we do not need "Universal Vote by Mail." It is just one big invitation for large voter fraud (for both parties). Second, Padilla is a Marxist hack and like all Democrats, he will do anything to cheat to win elections. Thirdly, people shop and got to restaurants by the millions in America every day. Protesters are on the streets in major cities every night "peacefully" protesting.   47. This should be done in every single state at Christmas time people mail so many cards I'm sure it can handle one piece of mail from every voter. It should be a no-brainer.
