Omicron is the mildest variant so far its a good sign that the virus is weakening. It also spreads much faster which could ultimately speed up an end to the pandemic.

The seasonal cold has a name this year. It's omicron. Seasonal colds are mild for most. Some may need medical help and yes some might die. But this is no way justifies fear, panic, and lockdowns for the healthy. Before the pandemic we all lived happy lives while people took their last breath. That's life. One day it's someone else, one day it will be us.
