Kemp & Raffensberger were smart enough not to risk a prison sentence for Trump, ("I need you to find me 11,870 votes"). Everybody knows Trump is known for his lack of loyalty & throwing his "friends" under the bus as he wriggles away, claiming he "hardly knew them".
As a Southerner and a Georgian, I am certain the reason Herschal Walker got so many votes, even though he is clearly not qualified, is due to his fame as an athlete- not Trump's endorsement. Many Southerners' love of football blinds them to the fact that one should choose a candidate for his ability to do the job of representing Georgians, not his athletic ability. However, I believe that the majority of Georgians will consider Trump's endorsements as the main reason NOT to vote for that candidate.
