1. The warrant is an affidavit signed by a judge because the court determined there is enough probable cause for arrest. He was a known drug dealer with over 180 page rap sheet. Andrew did not get his day in court because he tried to drive through officers and actually hit one of them. He was a fleeing felon and he did not deserve the opportunity to attempt to run over more officers or hurt anyone else in the public.

11. One thing that people seem to forget is that being approached by police officers, guns drawn, as a black man has in recent times has proven to be a threat to your life. Now when faced with this situation, as a black man, you are expected to remain calm and composed. And yet the same standard is not applicable to white police officers. Why aren't police officers expected to remain calm and composed when faced with a threat. When faced with a threat, you are expected to take deadly action to preserve your life. Why is it acceptable to fire at a person you perceive as a threat yet that person is not allowed to respond the same way. This man, opted to run away to preserve his life, and this is somehow also a threat? The police moved out of the way of the car ie, got away from danger . But somehow this is not a threat. As a black man, if you advance you're a threat, if you retreat you're a threat, if you do nothing, you're a threat. I will chase after you and claim you are threatening me?
