First All-Women Honor Flight Takes Veterans To Washington

Nearly 100 women veterans took part in first all-women honor flight to Washington, D.C. to visit memorials to World War II.

  1. Everyone who was in the service deserves to take this trip. I encourage you to go.

    I went with my father. Mostly WWII Vets, Korean Vets, Viet Nan Vets, and a couple of women Vets. Some of the Viet Nam Vets were in worse health than those from WWII and Korea. No idea why but I think it was Agent Orange Exposure.

  2. That's a very nice gesture as an U.S. Army Veteran and the daughter of a Retired Air Force Veteran I'm so honored to see Women Veterans getting the Honor that we Deserve.
