  1. Plot twist – She did not receive millions for what he said. She received millions for the loss of a high-paying job on unjustified grounds. It doesn't sell the story as well though.

  2. you know how some guys get nervous in front of pretty girls and make these comments thinking its funny?
this is one of that moments. please don't be that guy. please don't make the girl and everyone else uncomfortable.

  3. You can tell in the comment section below the resentful fat guy's who support these creeps and hate attractive women and only get their action from Porn Hub

  4. "A Harassment monitor" to make sure that sick pervert doesn't assault anyone else?? How about fire that sick, pig vomit. It's a sick, sick thing when you have to hire someone to watch a fully grown man because he can't keep his perversions to himself! Terrible!

  5. He always came across creepy but because he was hot women liked the attention. Clearly he did a lot worse than what is exposed to pay off that much money. Networks find loopholes to not pay people. Guess this was quite tight to wriggle out of. Sad that she lost her job. Something more sinister must have happened.

  6. I hate how those 2 bitches decide two post selfies, and praise him in the midst of another woman bringing attention to how she was treated badly. It's so like anti-woman.

  7. He’s not above the law and SHE WASN’T LYING! If she was, why pay $9.5 for her silence?! Idiots …. just admitted guilt. They ALL need to quit trying to cover for these evil forces and STOP letting them get away with their inappropriate behavior just to keep their jobs !! The studio and the cast is even worse for probably witnessing the situation and looking the other way. Too much of that has been going on and for too long. I don’t care who they are bcuz they all need to be fired. WAY TO GO Elisha Dushku for speaking up. Please know you don’t need a job that bad! MOST of Hollywood is sick. They don’t want good actresses, they want bad actresses that would do and put up with anything, and those are the ones desperate for fame!!

  8. Poor girl can't take a joke. She poses for sexy pictures and can't handle guys making comments. If you don't want to be sexualized, then don't portray yourself like a slut. Image is everything. She's just mad because nobody takes her seriously as an actress, so she needed a reason to tell people why she can't get anymore jobs.

  9. They're hiring a "harassment monitor?!" WTF!? This asshole needs a handler to follow him around his job and make sure he doesn't sexually harass or assault his coworkers!?? This is bullshit.

  10. Joking around is absolutely fine, but when you're talking about someone's body or sexuality just be sure they are in on the joke too. They need to be a willing participate or it can become harassment, especially if this happens over a long period of time or someplace like work or school where you can't easily leave if you're uncomfortable.

  11. Has anyone here ever been sexually harassed, and confronted the person and told them that is not right, or do you go straight to HR? .. Just wondering

  12. Ummm…that was a $9m-dollar comment? Get real. If that was worth 9 mil, I should be a gazillionaire from the stupid stuff I've heard over the years. Now that she broke the terms of the settlement, she should give the money back.

  13. Mark my words: in the near future there will be some actress in a movie or TV show that does a scene in which they were sexually harassed or assaulted and they will file a lawsuit claiming they were permanently scarred doing that scene. Just wait.

  14. Just because he's a good guy doesn't mean he didn't say innapropriate things. He may have just been joking around. Still not ok, but let's not run after him with a pitchfork just yet.

  15. Their lawyer used a behind scenes video to dispute her claims. However, it backfired on them. It indicated he was sexually harassing her. They won’t be paying 9.5 if there was no wrongdoing.
