@sean hobbins note 3 doesn't lag even on heavy usage because I have it for At least a month.
does the Note 3 get bogged down and alittle laggy during heavy usage? This might be the deciding factor for the htc one. A phone with a snapdragon 800 should not get even the slightest bit of lag..
i would get the note, as its screen, features and customisability appeals to me. However, i've heard of lag on the note being an occasional issue, can anyone confirm?

This isn't even close, the HTC One is far superior. The One has the better build quality, display, speakers, earpiece, UI, its way nicer looking and easy to use with one hand. The only thing thats better on the Note is the camera, thats it.

i own a note 3 right now but im hoping htc will have a nice high end phone for me in 2 years because i think samsung is going in the wrong direction with all the closing off their software from users

cant choose.. sammy -lighter, more functions, s-pen, battery life , ugly tho and more expensive. the htc one is elegant, with a great speaker, am not sure if it can do the multifunctions that sammy can, camera could be a problem, battery and charging could be a problem, too, it is heavier,too but it's gorgeous! dang! why cant it be perfect
