LG G8 review: A good phone lost among the greats

LG’s latest flagship features a Snapdragon 855 chipset, reliable battery life, and a front-facing Time of Flight sensor that allows for new gesture-based controls with Air Motion. But is that enough to compete against other major Android manufacturers?

  1. LG have better audio system, better night mode than galaxy s10 and better battery life. I thing it is a great phone for the average consumer, how can reviewer not talk about ones of the greatest features of this smartphone? the Quad dac.

  2. I have it and trallu like it
The da is amaising and no cameras bump
O like the finger print reader
How do I swipe down In the finger print reader to get the noyafavayion bar. I wish I had a s ten but happy with this

  3. Lol how is the S10's wide angle lens better than the one on the G8? At the time of your video there wasn't even a night mode on the S10. I guess more barrel distortion, poorer panoramic photo stitching, the inability to shoot in 4K 60 with on the wide angle, overstated photos, lack of manual controls were really great to have on the S10 huh? Lol and to say that it doesn't do anything better than the other phones when it objectively has been the best phone for in-ear audio even before the other manufactures removed their headphone jacks is just asinine. What a great "review"!

  4. I dont care what anyones says i love LG, i Currently have the G7 and just bought a G8 on eBay for a whopping $178 thats crazy, was going to buy iphone se 2020 which retail for $399.99 and in metro if u switch, the se comes out around $320, i still went for the LG better display than SE and better camera and way bigger battery se only 1800 m battery compared to a bigger 3500 m battery in the LG, my LG g7 still working amazing and i bought it also used in 2018!!!!

  5. Don't ever try to remove the battery on this phone you will ruin it other phones like the v40 v30 you can remove the battery adhesive is not permanent.. But the G8 and you will destroy the phone

  6. LG doesn't do much? Hmmm? Had a One Plus 7t pro McLaren edition. Returned both devices for different issues. Went right back to LG G8, Solid Phone that gives you loyalty and rock solid performance. Especially if you like audio. LG all the way Homie !!!!

  7. literally every lg phone review comment section is LG fanboys raving about how good it is. Thing is, LG's software is ugly and its phones never look exciting, just okay

  8. @ 3:34 starts to complain about "random" app installs and blames it on ATT which subsequently added to a "frustrating experience". @ 3:56 you see the Verizon Apps suite and in the last row of the "Essentials" folder, the second app is the same as one that "randomly" installed on his device.

Could it be that because 2 seperate devices were used and once you input your information into both, your apps synced? Solves the so called "random" installs….
