  1. Struggling to find workers!?! As a felon we can’t work a normal job!!! If they do background check I cannot work!!!!

  2. Actually everybody is going thru this, the company I work for has the same problem. Not to mention other companies they are ALL HIRING!! there is literally signs everywhere but people just wanna get free money smh

  3. WE KNOW THAT PEOPLE DON'T CLEAN AND MANY OF US HAVE NOT RECEIVED MONEY FROM UNEMPLOYMENT IN MONTHS WE STAY HOME BECAUSE ITS SAFER GOING FROM PART TIME AND TO NOTHING MINDS WELL STAY HOME

  4. Should’ve never layed them off in the first place just to save your business …… you weren’t complaining during the ppi loans

  5. Restaurants need to change, some offer part time work with very low pay, and if full time is given so is the same story with wages, ppl make about 800 to 1000 a month and while on unemployment are making close to 1500 every two weeks and business are complanning. Ppl are realizing that food industry jobs are what field produce picking jobs that immigrants do for pennies is, no Americans want to do what immigrants do in picking produce bcuz of the low pay and ect and now they're realizing that is the same thing with restaurants, in that people can't make it on those wages, no right person in their right mind would go work knowing that they'll take home 900 a month compare to 3000 with unemployment benefits, but sadly benefits will run out and the slaves who have no choice will go back to the food industry and fatten up this store owner once again..

  6. This sucks life has never been more intense I’m scared sometimes I just want to off myself so I don’t have to deal with this hell

  7. It ain't fun when the rabbit has the gun…. You let go all your stuff, instead of keeping them and taking the lose now you, want them back… F u… Excuse my French

  8. Well if the restaurants didn’t pay minimum wage and relied on customer tips to up their wages, that’s the problem right there. Restaurant workers finally woke up and are not going back while potential new workers will decide a different type of job.

  9. RESTAURANT OWNERS are so QUICK to tell you that you can be replaced, NOW look who’s replaceable 😂😂😂😂✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼

  10. People don’t wanna die. Restaurant workers come into contact with all kinds of people. It is probably one of the most dangerous jobs during a pandemic you can have.

  11. Nope I’m not going to be eating out anymore. Pandemic me learned a lot of new recipes and I’m back to my high school weight due to healthy home cooking

  12. It's so sad that these restaurant owners are complaining because people won't come to work for less money than staying at home. How about paying them more money than they would earn staying at home?

  13. Blaming unemployment is easy…because you guys can’t think..but think about this..a lot of ppl I know who got laid off since the pandemic have found new jobs..some are working from home and the other half became self employed. Starting small businesses..also if ppl would rather stay home for $400 a month maybe you should pay your workers more n not minimum wage so they can survive. It’s bullshit that servers got to live off “tips”. Or the delivery fee doesn’t go towards the driver. The rest business is a profit making machine n most of the time they underpay their workers. Treat ppl right and you’ll have ppl lining the doors to work for you. 🤷🏽‍♂️

  14. Because you get paid crap money, get crap benefits, if any, get your schedule with barely a days notice and get treated like crap. Pay them like they're essential because they are!

  15. WAH WAH WAH….Restaurant owners are beginning to sound like farmers! Never happy with their chosen endeavors…too hot…too cold…no rain..too much rain…no workers…on & on & on!!

  16. Restaurant owners can not blame people for not wanting to come back to an environment that's so unprotected. Just because some has gotten their Vaccination doesn't mean you're out of danger. Until EVERYONE in the United States has been Vaccinated, WE'RE STILL IN DANGER OF CATCHING COVID. So it's not right for them to say that, because people are getting the Extended Benefits, they're not looking for work. No people are being CAUTIOUS!!!

  17. I personally haven't eaten in a restaurant since Monday
March 16, 2020, just before the
    "World Ended"!

    I'm waiting until after my
2nd Covid shot, and will wait to see what happens by June?

In the meantime, since I haven't eaten in restaurants in year, I've managed to save enough $ for a roundtrip plane ticket to Europe!!
    🤗

  18. Costumers angry attacks not wanting to wear masks ; no one wants to end at the hospital for a job; eating in is out delivery will increase, sad.

  19. I hate to say it my nephew owns a landscape business he had 10 employees and then they received their benefits and they quit, some did come back but when they received the second stimulus they quit again
