California's unwillingness to allow fire breaks, log Beatle killed trees and dead fuels be removed. Force PG&E to bury power lines instead of accept their payoffs. Allow the conservation core back in to remove dead fuel like you used to. Give teenagers something else to do besides play video games.
Shut down all Water parks. Stop watering graveyards and golf courses. Shut down all fountains and water features. Water crops only at night. Ban new pool construction. Limit the ones already there. Stop watering lawns. Shut down car washes. Mandate all hotels and resorts install low flow shower heads and toilets.
