18. I live in MS and on the first day of mask freedom the Walmart greeter in Newton, MS politely asked me if I had a face covering I could wear. I said, “yes I do but I thought the mask mandate was lifted by the Governor starting today?” The greeter said, “yes sir but we just feel that it’s safer to wear them because so many people shop here so there’s so many germs”. I said, “no problem, I was just asking”. 20 minutes later on my way out the greeter told me he explained to his manager my concern/question about their mask policy. He then said that NOW they have changed their store policy to strongly recommend a mask but not require a mask. 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️

But even with the vaccine researchers don't yet have enough data proving the vaccine reduces transmission.
