  3. I love how democrats use news articles in place of actual evidence. Because we all know that in a court of law a news article gives a much higher chance of a guilty verdit than actual testimony and witness. There may have been witness but none of them had any actual evidence but had plenty of opinions. And we all know that opinions are even stronger than news articles and actual facts.

  10. The country needs a bill in Congress for an Amendment to the Constitution outlawing homeowner property tax and the land that it's on. Municipalitys already collect business commercial property tax, permits, and also get revenue from state and federal. Part of the Amendment would state: "If necessary, the municipality may levy a retail sales tax in their district up to, but no more than 2 cents on the dollar, and may not transfer or re-allocate previous taxes to another entity". Also another good bill in Congress would be to award the employer, employee, self employed, government employees and military personnel $150.000 in a lump sum after 60 months of full time employment, regardless of number of employers. All citizens and perminant residents that have already worked their 60 months will receive their lump sum check from Uncle Sam. The printing and issuance of money is warranted by any legitimate labor and production, for payroll purposes. Taxpayers money is only used for specific items, such as the finished product, pensions and welfare. If you'd like, contact your U.S. Congressman or Senator for an exceptional bill in Congress. I wouldn't generally recommend the Democratic Party, because traditionally they tax higher than all the other Party's.

    In terms of rationality, let us of reasonable conscious, intellect, and ability, motivated by unbiased truth finding, judge by logic and reason, whether the facts as submitted amount to an impeachable offense at stage one:

    Interesting to the fact is that impeachment is not an offense at all rather a proceeding that must be initiated by the U.S. House of Representatives requiring: 1.) written charges of the alleged misconduct, 2.) at least two-thirds of Congress’ vote, and for the charges to be sustained they must apparently meet a non-standardized test of 3.) “seriousness”. If not, the Senate can elect to acquit the offending federal official such as the President. Nixon v. Fitzgerald, 457 U.S. 731, 744, 102 S.Ct. 2690, 73 L.Ed. 2d 349 (1982); Palmer, K. (2000). Constitutional Amendments 1789 to Present. Michigan: Gale Group. (pp. 83, 149, 450, 457, 459-464, 559-564)

    Based upon the stipulated and drafted written charges of the House of Representatives of “Abuse of Power” and “Obstruction of Justice” it should be little dispute that the U.S. House of Representatives have met step 1.

    The next step, which is combined into step 3, asks whether these charges should be sustained by at least two-thirds of Congress’ vote which meets “a non-standardized test of seriousness”.

    Hence, according to the above standard, there facially appears to be no proof of evidence that is even required at all rather just the written charges submitted by the U.S. House of Representatives and a finding of “seriousness” by “at least two-thirds of Congress’ vote” is all that is mandated to justify the proceedings of “impeachment”.

    American People, is this, in your rational opinion, a heavy burden of proof?

    The next step, therefore, asks whether the charges as alleged are “serious” since it can be no dispute step one is met.

    After hearing the circular and often contradicting arguments of the defense above, that for the most part was guided by an ad hominem fallacy engaged in attacking certain characters of the House Representative(s) implying improper motives, it can be no rational dispute the defense has failed to negate the written charges of “Obstruction of Justice” and “Abuse of Power”, nor can they as they are simple written charges drafted and prepared (as required).

    Further, finding the defense failed to spearhead the issue of “seriousness”, it can be no dispute the House’s arguments are very daunting and imposing upon the American people as a whole and, therefore, no doubt serious. The defense is critically flawed and unavailing as they do not address the proper standard of review.

    Should we fail to engage ourselves into this matter and judge the matter fairly, it shows the world that we do not rely upon facts. It shows the world we do not rely upon rationale. It shows the world we do not even respect our own laws.

    It shows the world we do not take our own democracy serious. In sum, it shows us vulnerable and easily misled. And for that, combined with both political parties beseeching of the People’s judgment in this regard, a poll of the U.S. vote on this matter finding the written charges are "serious" is warranted and imminent, though not necessarily required to sustain the action of impeachment.

  27. THE IMPEACHMENT TRIAL JUST ADJOURNED TILL MONDAY. We heard the arguments of CIPPOLLONE, SEKULOW, PHILBEN… in a very calm presentation of the inaccuracies of SCHITT. Very credibles managers for the President, they made the demonstrations of facts since the election of President TRUMP.
    In comparison with democrats managers, one cannot be surprise of the rascals democrats (like in knavishes, cheats, swindles and rogues) lying by all accounts, relating to before and after the President election. SCHITT debitted so many lies that I was not surprise to observed him red as a beet, surprising himself.
    When the managers of the President will terminate their case, no doubt that the SENATE members will vote to exhonerate the President of such a sham. Sleep well President TRUMP you are in good hands with your team. Again, what a wonderfull country the USA are, abelling lyers ( and some lawyers) to express their lies without being shut point blank.
    Finally, after years of trying to confuse the PUBLIC, the democrats are put to shame in front view of everybody. Next week, the President managers will bring closure to that terrible attempt to denied the electorate will of 2016. It will be time for President TRUMP ( also Candidate for 2020), to accelerate is campaing toward the electorate for those unconvince yet. There seems to be some resistance from those one mind electors but, no doubt, with all the revelations, they will end up voting REPUBLICAIN, like the big majority of us. The democrats are to be lefted in purgatory for many years, to help them forget their desapointment and their appetite for a REDO. Four( 4) years of desapointing performance of democrats HOUSE, slowing the sprint of President TRUMP for no good reasons, is asking from us their impeachment. Denying them on the next election ( 2020), is the only remedy that WE THE PEOPLE have to submit them to.
    WE HAVE TO CONSOLIDATE THE ADVANCES OF USA, IN ALL AREAS OF CONCERNS OF THE AMERICAINS. WE DON'T NEED THOSE LARVAS OF DEMOCRATS, HOLDING US BY THEIR INACTION. VOTE PEOPLE, VOTE, THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP OUR ADVANCES. Gerry

  35. Oh, they missed an article of impeachment – I'm sure he's farted at some point, is no one going to accuse him of endangering the environment (AOC perhaps) and surely the left thinks that's an impeachable offense.
