Americans have PTSD because of all the school club and theater shootings. I was at a women's college basketball tournament there were about 200 people in the gym. Someone next to the doors had them things you clap together and they make a loud popping noise when they did it every one stopped and looked the whole gym looked over. The security asked the person to put them away and not to do it again. You could feel everyone was checking to see if it was gunshots. I think this was after the club shooting in Florida.

Cop: Fires gun twice then says Drop the gun… not saying they were in the wrong but you dont shoot before saying drop the gun you shoot after. If they raise the gun to you then fire not shoot them dead then inquire for them to do something.
