The cops tried to rob these kids who wanted to buy cocaine. The officer was actually on vacation @ the time and conveniently his best friend was his only backup in a blizzare sting operation? A backpack by itself is worthless. Why would they (kids) think anyone would pay money and drugs for a backpack returned? These cops decided to rob them because they were tourist instead of just selling drugs as they normally were doing on the side. None of the story makes any sense.
