And by the time they got to the car he had wiped the gun and put it in her hand, I mean I'm pretty sure they didn't test his hand for gun powder residue, you're looking at a known murderer and a corrections officer the corrections officer was stupid enough to throw her life away for him, yeah there's ruthless as he is did he kill her when she decided to stop causing the accident
