Obstruction of “justice†that was validated by courts, not an impeachment charge of obstruction of “congress†meant to avoid a ruling by the court for political posturing reasons by a co-equal branch of government without constitutional enumerated authority to subpoena the executive branch. I seem to remember the congress is limited to enumerated powers and the executive not(see first sentences of article 1 and 2)….

Trump is being impeached for one thing alone. Daring to ask questions about how Hunter Biden was paid millions on a corrupt Ukrainian energy board where he had zero experience while his daddy was running point in fighting corruption in Ukraine and threatening to withhold aid until they fired one prosecutor, just one in the entire country, and it so happened it was the one prosecutor who was investigating that same company for alleged criminal activity. The real message here is dems are allowed to investigate Trump during election season. No problem. But if Trump wants to investigate them back, its somehow "2020 election interference" and they impeach him. If they hurry they can get 3 more impeachments in before November.
