1. This is to inform you of your attempt to violate my Constitutional right of Religion, State Orders and Educational codes. If you follow through with the aforementioned, It would behoove you to seek Legal representation because immunity does not apply, and is known in the doctrine of scienter.

   1. Family's Religious beliefs; that wearing a mask is an insult to our creation and faith in God.

   3. My Family's behavior under Texas Education code Title 2. “ PUBLIC EDUCATION, SUBTITLE G. SAFE SCHOOLS CHAPTER 37. DISCIPLINE; LAW AND ORDER SUBCHAPTER A. ALTERNATIVE SETTINGS FOR BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT.”

   …(4) denies adequate sleep, air, food, water, shelter, bedding, physical comfort, supervision, or access to a restroom facility;(5) ridicules or demeans the student in a manner that adversely affects or endangers the learning or mental health of the student or constitutes verbal abuse;(7) impairs the student's breathing, including any procedure that involves:(A) applying pressure to the student's torso or neck; or(B) obstructing the student's airway, including placing an object in, on, or over the student's mouth or nose or placing a bag, cover, or mask over the student's face;”

35. In Virginia our executive, Governor black face made it law for students to wear masks after my county and several others left it up to the parents. In response we have flooded the school with both medical and religious exemptions all of which have been accepted and the teachers have been instructed not to mention masks while in school. We have the freedom and the power to just ignore the mask mandates. As Benjamin Franklin said:
