Please just treat those that have been vaccinated first. Those that have not have chosen to take their chances, so make them wait. You can’t help everyone.
Oh why is staffing so low?? Oh because admin. Gave staff members ultimatums, and staff chose not to get vaccinated and lost their jobs. So the vaccine isn’t working, people are still getting sick and dying? The “healthcare heroes” are crying and whining about doing their job. What else is new??
Here's a thought. To get into a hospital for COVID, you need to show proof of vaccination. If you haven't been vaccinated, then wait until everyone else that day who has been vaccinated is admitted.
If more people be responsible and get vaccinated the will lessen the blow and maybe the nurses won’t Quit
There is a doctor here in Philippines who had Covid 4 times. She is still practicing never thought of quitting. When she had the vaccine she didn't have symptoms but tested positive. Her Covid last year she had shortness of breath and was admitted to hospital. She is encouraging everybody to get vaccinated as it can protect against severe Covid.
We can simply blame the unvaccinated for the medical staff leaving their jobs. Their unwillingness to see the science and statistics are what is burning these great folks out. I’d rather see hospitals turn the unvaccinated (by choice) away and resume caring for regular patients. Let those that chose no vaccine and no masks live with their decisions. 20 months into this…how long are they supposed to burn themselves out for before somethings got to give? SMH 🤦🏻 how many times should medical staff have to subject themselves to this virus over simple stupidity?
Yeah I got a niece a nurse she left her job because they said she had to be get the covid-19 shot she quit and 40 other nurses went with her!

Your vaccines pretty much wear off after 8 months. If you don't have antibodies from Covid or don't get them soon, then you are going to have a hard time this winter when a new strain comes. BUT THE FEELING THESE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ARE GOING THROUGH MAKES THEM FEEL LIKE THIS IS A LOSING BATTLE WATCHING PEOPLE DIE DAY AFTER DAY. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE ARE SYSTEMS IN PLACE FOR OUR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS CONCERNING THERAPY, PTSD, ANYTHING THAT WILL ASSIST THE BRAVE PEOPLE DURING THIS CONTINUED FIGHT FOR LIFE AS THEY RISK THEIRS EVERY DAY.

I remember the Chief Medical Officer of a 1700 bed teaching hospital in Perth, Western Australia crying they were overwhelmed by Covid cases. Friend rang his mate in the ICU there, they were empty.
The level of lying and hysteria these past 18 months has destroyed any confidence in "official speakers".
The next time a non vaccine person goes to the hospital and complains about having to wait in the E.R. for 6 hours just remember you and your fellow non vaccine persons cause this staffing shortage. And that is why your waiting.
