27. This is what happens when young minds are absolutely brainwashed by the media (and the idiots in the comment section). The officer had no intent to hurt her but she started screaming "you're hurting me" at the slightest touch of her arm (something she learned from media or was told by friends/family when dealing with cops). She then started saying she was afraid and "not breathing" like some other high-profile cases we've seen. The report was that the woman was jumping in front of cars and clearly she is having a mental breakdown, the officer had 100% responsibility to detain her for her own safety as well as others.
