  1. The police "give themselves a pat on the back" because, if not for THEM, the lady Jayme first encountered walking her dog wouldn't have recognized her so immediately.

Neither would the family whose house she and Jayme retreated to, where they called 9-1-1.

The police, this Sheriff in particular, worked exceptionally diligently and tirelessly to get as much information about Jayme, her description, pictures and physical details, and details about the circumstances of her disappearance, out as far and wide after her parents' murder and her abduction that night, as humanly possible.

This Sheriff was the one making regular media appearances and press conferences, and was one of the most responsible for ensuring Jayme's face was literally EVERYWHERE in the region, enabling the people who initially helped her after her escape to recognize her, and help her with the urgency that her particular situation required.

It's because of THEIR work that every law enforcement officer in that part of the Country was motivated to head her way once she'd freed herself, so many weeks later.

It's because of THEIR work that anybody even seeing Jayme in person at any time, should she have ever freed herself, would recognize her face immediately and know exactly who she was and the potential for danger she was in.

Jayme managed to summon up the courage necessary to obtain her OWN freedom, but if she had just escaped into an indifferent, unwitting World where anybody she encountered may very well not have even recognized her, her chances of maintaining her freedom and subsequently making it back home would have been diminished exponentially, without question.

Everybody who worked on Jayme's behalf from the moment of her disappearance until she was finally safely back with her family, including and especially Jayme herself AND the local Sheriff and other law enforcement agencies ALL deserve credit for the outcome that occurred.

I'd say that's worth at LEAST a "pat on the back."

    Wouldn't you?!

  2. And what is the government shutdown about again🤔🤔 He killed her parents raping her constantly and we're arguing about a wall let's focus on the murders that we're committing As Americans.🤔 Government smoke screen 💥💣there are more Americans committing murder than foreigners

  3. What a brave and strong girl! Hope she can recover and stays strong and will live a happy life from now on. Kudos to all of the kind people who helped her.

Hope they lock that suspect up forever!
