  8. Don't you just love fake news. It's always Erdogan's fault. It's always Turkey's fault. Finland and Sweden didn't pose with PKK terrorists even though everyone ack they are a terrorist organisation. Even though the US and the EU ack them as terroists, they can wave flags with Apo on them and chant PKK slogans. I wonder what would happen if someone posed with a flag of ISIS or Osama in the US. Lets all play dumb and pretend that Sweden doesn't have a leftist open door policy for PKK terrorists.   37. What a stupid idea. So far they enjoyed freedom and safety of neutrality. From now on they are the first defensive line of a war.

    How could they compare themselves to Ukrain, a completely irrelevant position, and managed to scare themselves so badly?

    This is mental illness of our age. People cant see outside of "good vs evil" box, which translates "western democracy" vs "autharitarian regime".

    They cannot comprehend the administrative system is not the only thing that determines the stability.

    Putin (or anyone else), dictator or democratic leader, could have been forced to invade Ukrain, regardless. It is all about national interest and urge of security.

    This type of doctrine was valid for case of Ukrain, not for Finland or Sweden.

    Joining NATO is counterproductive.

(This week "24 December 2021" Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said there were no problems with the sale of drones or other Turkish weapons and military equipment to Russia.)

  46. I think this makes nuclear option more likely. Russia may not need anything in Finland or Sweden, but would nuke them to keep the Baltic Sea open and free from harassments.
