The founding fathers where mostly Quakers!!!!!
It’s true without god , we get Biden ðŸ˜Â😒
Churches do not belong in politics. Religion does not belong in politics.
As a Muslim that lives in America I agree that the Christian flag should be raised. My country of Pakistan is an Islamic republic and we are scared of Allah! America should be a Christian republic!!!
Proverbs chapter 12, 13, & 15 show us many things about being shown correction. When we are so off-course that we imitate the customs of Sun worshipers, and avoid living as our Creator told us to live, we will find ourselves swallowing pig meat and meeting at Sun pillars on Sunday mornings, as if Yahuah changed.
"Now all has been heard;
here is the conclusion of the matter:
Fear Alahim and guard His Commandments,
for this is the duty of all mankind.
For Alahim will bring every deed into judgment,
including every hidden thing,
whether it is good or evil." Qoheleth 12:13-14
It is not a ban on religion, ding dongs.
In god we trust.
Because the “ founding fathers “ were nothing but criminals and should not be celebrated. They have so much blood on their hands.
Would you allow a pentacle flag for a pagan holiday? All or none.
Look at the scene depicted on the cornice of the Supreme Court building over the main entrance itself, with Moses and the 10 Commandments seated central surrounded by the great minds of Old World history?
Then why do just about all our oldest governments buildings have biblical passages and scenes carved into the interior and exterior walls and over entrance ways by architectural design?
If it's public use that is not the state, flying a flag hardly unifies the two.
The Constitution does not put into words "separation of church and state", but even so, I do not see church in that flag anymore than I see church in the rainbow flag.
All religious flags are welcome, God in all forms is good.
Hail lord Satan! Let's get our own he flag up! Fair is fair.
I’m a Christian & I don’t understand what this gentleman doesn’t get. Firstly, they can’t allow flags of a religious nature. That makes perfect sense for a government building. Secondly, calling Christianity the “religion of our founding fathers†is a vague statement & a bit of a stretch considering that many of them were agnostics or deists who did not believe in or practice the Christian faith. Thirdly, the Christian flag came around as recently as the 1800’s & has no Biblical basis. We separate our government from religion for a very good reason. All one has to do is look at several Islamic theocracies in the Middle East to see why mixing religion & government is a bad idea.
That man teaching children that “self-government means you allow god to govern you from within†was a truly disturbing sight, no and also a completely false definition of self-government.
I'm glad the city government is holding their ground and not letting these Looney Tunes do what they want
Personally, I prefer it when idiots self-identify…like wearing a red MAGA hat or a Che Guevara tshirt.
Democrats desperately trying to make up anything they can but America knows better.
Propaganda posts pushing Democrats narrative and America laughs
As far as I'm concerned, they didn't fly this flag to promote a theocracy; they did it as a private group/private citizens at a camp that is about America and its history. They should be able to fly their flag at a public space for an hour or so. It's not like the state or national government would be flying the flag.
And where exactly are the words "Separation of church and state" found in the Constitution? "Separation" shouldn't be used to bash the church and prevent it from being public.
And no, we can't just "keep it in church;" that's the opposite of what we believe in.
