Total failure of police and politicians. How can you host spring break for 40 years and not have a plan to control crowds? And events on the beach or in venues would have dispersed the crowds. From the seafood festival to gay pride, Miami organizes events throughout south beach. The spring breakers should demand a refund. If the clubs on Washington avenue were open this wouldn’t have happen. Zero leadership!
