The amount that he wants for the wall is so small compared to our overall budget. So why not let it happen, it would overall help America in many ways. Preventing cartel members from coming and going freely, and with them comming and going comes lots violence, crime, and drugs. Now if anyone disagrees with that statement just go watch inside the real narcos on Netflix. The cartel problem is at an all time high in Mexico and it very well leaks into our country. Plus how is it fair for those who wait to come to our great nation the legal way to have to wait wile others can just cross with no wait. It punishes those who obey the law and rules wile benefiting those who do it illegally. It also creates an encouragement for people to not go the legal way, and to just cross illegally to save the time. What bad would come from the wall? Nothing only good, it would encourage people to take the legal rout of coming to the USA and make those who try todo it illegally have a much harder time and in many cases completely prevent it. I would honestly like to here one educated argument as to why the wall is not a good idea.

But now also, since Trump shut down the government, which included shutting down the IRS, who is supposedly investigating Trump's tax returns, by Trump shutting down the government that includes the IRS, is Trump obstructing justice by doing so and would possibly be an impeachable offense ?
