8. What BS. Russian initially progressed to Kiev when there was an initial negotiation. Their forces were mostly parked down the road. When that failed Russia went after Donbas and Black Sea area to secure those territories. As each step as Ukraine failed to negotiate in good faith Russia has stated its taking more and it has. It is taking the Black Sea coastline which will strangle the Ukrain. Kiev will be the last offensive but Russia was never interested in Kiev because they never intended to topple the government or carpet bomb the country as the USA would.
