  41. Why are we so concerned about the Ukrainian civilians but are OK with letting the Afghans starve to death? White vs. brown maybe. This country has cut off all food aid to Afghanistan, and has even confiscated what little foreign exchange the Afghan government had. As for Ukraine, that's an eight year old war. The news media in the U.S. were perfectly OK with the fighting that was going on, because it was mostly ethnic Russians who were getting killed, those ethnic Russians being in the Donbass region. But I guess they deserve whatever they get, right? Fourteen thousand civilians were killed the Donbass since 2014.
