16. Jacob Blake had an arrest warrant for domestic violence according to Reuters, and was clearly resisting arrest. There was a knife found in his vehicle. Jacob Blake endangered his children by resisting arrest, apparently. Jacob Blake appeared to be reaching for a knife in his vehicle. When will people learn that resisting arrest is dangerous, and the police can shoot you down until you are no threat at all. The violence starts with resisting arrest violently.
