15. This report is misleading.. Its not just the ultra wealthy that dont pay taxes, so does most Americans..

    For example when the value of your house goes up from 100k to 200k, do you pay taxes on the additional 100k.. No you dont! Unless you decide to sell you house..

    So when Jeff Bezoz Amazon shares goes up in value from 50B to 100B, he doesnt pay taxes either.. Unless he sell his shares n convert them to cash..
