  2. Usually , when people are hired , they are given an extensive assessment test . Usually with the assessment test , you can weed out the extra crazy .

  3. I worked for this company for years, and knew something like this would happen one day. Walmart is nothing like this place for treating their employees like S%#$. But, being a smaller company, they were able to fly under the radar. And ironically, they are Union. Managers and execs are treated like gods, and make outrageous salaries. Recently hired workers make close to minimum wage, in a company that is the definition of corporate greed. A few years ago, while working there, we suffered through a bitter strike. meanwhile the Piece of S%$@ CEO that caused it walked away with a huge bonus in his pocket, while the workers couldn't pay their bills.

  4. We should not be paying any attention to the death of this little girl or the thousands of people like her that are killed or shot by criminals in our cities, we should only look at police misconduct. What is wrong with you people? Patrisse needs a new house.

  5. How many more people have to be killed by bullets to convince these Republicans in the white house to prove these gun violences need to stop because if their think the citizens can handle it they are cowards and it gives all the more reason to end the filibuster.

  6. Let me tell you a short story, I wanted better for a community, I spoke out, wanted said community to stand up
for equality for self, family. Since been labeled racist, against caucasian, and others, think black people are useless, hate non heterosexual, don't, no what they've said about religion not sure what else I'm supposed to disparage. Stated an all out war of bullying against me. Think one minute how some humans, are if given opportunity to do harm!! And so far my weapon is cursing those who have hurt me with no regard if that is truly me or not. Now imagine 10 years of this. I am not so quick to not ask, what is the WHOLE STORY anymore. OH did I add most recently, was in the Emergency a staff felt it would be funny to RAM her hand in my private parts, was at Hospital for bleeding internally. What would you do if you were me!!! Honestly!!! Denied justice, well even though I am still holding on using my words.

  7. The lady behind him had no mask for a few seconds. She looked at the camera and begrudgingly put on a mask—what a fraud.

  8. Something about what he's saying doesn't seem right. It sounds completely one-sided. We all know ( if you have been in the workforce for a long time ) that management tend to over exaggerate or downplay issues at the workplace.

  9. America is rich, I don't know why they take lives so easily out of anger. Not that this guy is a criminal, he was just angry.

  10. These guys absolutely do not fear imprisonment or death for that matter. What they do fear is a fair fight or resistance. He will now spend most if his life in prison considered a hero by his fellow inmates for striking back at the man.

  11. Universal basic income would solve this issue of mortgage debt vs survival (food warmth shelter community-communication) and death

  12. come to modern times americans ….in modern world not every citizen have a gun/weapon…..that was back in medieval times

  13. Gabriel Wilson made up his mind what he was going to do after his exchange with his superior about a request for a transfer to another store. That transfer was most likely denied. He could not tell the boss to take this job and shove it. If he could he would have. He was trapped.

He did not get what he wanted and staying at the same worksite appeared to have been out of the question to Gabriel, this brings to mind what were his reasons for his request to transfer?

The likelihood is that Gabriel's time working for Stop and Shop was torture.
Employees in general are in a timorous position in society. Work does not happen in America unless a business is started out of it.
If a business fails the employees are out of work is a life-threatening disadvantage. Having to find a new employer is a job in itself, a worker lost a job with higher pay only to find new jobs available with lower pay and benefits do not kick in till months down the road. When you do start a new job the first paycheck received was two weeks. Four weeks if the new hire has to wait two pay periods, and it is a big one, but not in comparison to what workers make in those four weeks. Someone could have made forty kitchen cabinets worth $2000 wholesale and got paid $890 after taxes at the end of four weeks work.

Did the wages do not even come out of the company's profits n this example. The retailer bought the cabinets at a mark up and of that the cabinet worker got 15% of its value. Wages are paid in this case by the retailer and not the wholesale kitchen cabinet manufacturer.

Worker are placed at a disadvantage in many ways, they have no claim to the product. No claim to the factory used to make the product, all this the second they sign on the dotted line and complete the W-2 form. America is no Shangri-la in the workplace. The workplace in this country is the leading cause of death on a national basis. I can imagine the treatment this man got from a crude management and a rude Public was punitive and harsh that at a young age too, which is tragic, became demoralized by his employer's practices and society to want to end his life and destroy the world of work under what he probably did not know was capitalism.

  14. Stop looking for loop holes for purposes designed to uphold inequalities and injustices for all the unnecessary use of power fix it or humanity will be a battle ground and no one will be safe 👍fix it!!!

  15. Again, we see the gun as the preferred short-cut problem solver in the US. Meanwhile, in Texas they want everybody to be able to carry and conceal a gun WITHOUT any need to register or obtain a permit. Going to bars in Texas ought to be a real picnic from here on out.
