9. Bill de Blasio must’ve sure laughed when he saw the riders running out really feared and scared. This is why this is a very primary example of what he has done by destroying the entire city. If Curtis Sliwa won in the first place, I am sure that he could’ve already sent de Blasio to jail by now.
