  3. Oh wow…this thing (derek chauvin) is a lifeless soulless man set loose to roam our society …it was only a matter of time before he harmed someone and thank god he’s going to be inside of a secured freeless location…

    Inform society-
    STATES MUST ACCEPT CAMERAS FROM DEFENDANTS IN COURT ROOM SO CASES MOVE ON SAFELY AND WITHOUT JUDGES ABUSES! CASES CAN BE RESOLUTE LAWFULLY!
    Police of peace employed to kill and harass for profit. GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE BECOMES TO DANGEROUS AGAINST CIVILIANS.
    Policing with lethal arms around civilian must be discussed in Congress if that is alright. Glock 17 and teaser x266p against civilian? Traffic ticket abuses must end anyway it is unconstitutional people can be victims of these criminals in term of peace , communities can take care of themselves, they don't need army…

    Here you had a suspect who was UNARMED, HANDCUFFED (behid his back), lying FACEDOWN, … and you had FOUR ARMED TRAINED police officers， so under that circumstances, tell me again, why did you have to stick your knee on his neck at all？

    Not to mention sticking your knee into his neck for over 9 minutes！

  11. It's clear from this opening statement that the prosecutor doesn't have a case. He says Floyd was breathing after his heart stopped. So which is it. Did his heart stop from fentanyl use, or did Chavin choke him to death with his knee? Prosecutor just stated he was still breathing after his heart stopped…

  12. I just can't even put myself in the shoes of the police. I just can't imagine (and I have tried!) Why they thought putting a knee on a handcuffed man's neck would be normal ! Not even normal. You must know if you are doing that you are killing them. It sickens my stomach and makes my heart break. I want to understand why? Why? What has this world come to, and over a a potential fraudulent 20 dollar fu*** note.

  18. Meaning of you have an expectation that Chauvin will be charged with murder. You should really check your expectations. Any of you ever see the Casey Anthony trial? She was guilty it but she got off. OJ Simpson was guilty but he got off. Buy law standard of putting someone in prison as a guilty party for murder, is beyond Reasonable Doubt. All they have to do is put one doubt into the jurors Minds. That one down is that he was a drug addict and could have died of an overdose. As horrible as that seems, as badly as that doesn't excuse the officer from pretty much inducing the heart attack that killed him, I've seen trials crumble for Less.

  22. There is no question the actions was excessive, what they need to prove is if Dereks actions, beyond any reasonable doubt, made Floyd die. If they cant prove that, Derek will walk.

  24. At what point would Chauvin have gotten off his neck? He was never really resisting. He was freaking out. But certainly during the time he kneeled on his neck; when we would he have decided to get off? To anyone with 2 brain cells, he was compliant early into this, if not before, but freaking out. But when his body was dying? When he died? It was obvious. He is guilty as hell of Murder! And to those that suggest he died of a drug overdose… so kneeling into their neck instead of life saving measures? His job is to protect and Serve! No no no! He is guilty. It’s only a matter of what charge.

  28. Is it just me, or is the female prosecutor with the glasses, terrible? She is going to blow the case for her team by herself. She is continuing to make the same mistake learned in Law 101 : Never ask a question that you don't have the answer to.
