There was similar incident in Japan in August.
A man injured ten people with a knife and fire the floor on the subway.
However, railroad driver was not able to open the door due to the regulation of his company, and many people inhaled fire smoke.
Black people are becoming a problem. Funny there is no backlash against this race. If it was an Asian or Indian or Muslim, you can bet a Spanish or Black person would backlash on them. The NYPD needs to be tougher on blacks and on their mayor.
