  9. A competent military strategist's job is to study the profile of the enemy, mentally and physically. He should also know what undermines cohesion and can suddenly deflate the morale of a fully equipped army in a heated battle or, prior to a prolonged or sustained conflict. This is my common sense based on the same behavior by troops, prior to ISIS invading Mosul. Weapons mean nothing, the way you plan to wage war is inextricably linked to success. What on earth do they teach at Westpoint Military academy?
