    Really? You really think that's good reporting? MOST people want to evacuate but don't have the resources to. How are millions of people supposed to evacuate with 1-2 days warning? Do you think that's even logistically realistic? It's not. Do NOT say these people who didn't evacuate didn't have sense. You are victim shaming. It's not as though most of the people who didn't leave just didn't feel like it and got lazy. That's not how this works. Until you become them, with their exact resources, you don't get to say they had no sense.
