  16. Here's a thought: The oil business is a very Republican business, but it is also a National security Interest, so the oil companies don't operate with total independence. There is always an element of Government control. When a Democrat wins office, the oil companies jack the prices to help the Republicans win the next election.

  23. During my last "recession" in 2008, I was paying $3.79 a gallon. Today we pay alot more. When gas goes up the cost of common goods go up(inflation). Supplements are given to the rich and the poor. What about us who work for a living?

  34. There is no escape and the collapse is inevitable. Soon many will not afford to be able to drive to work, shelves will be empty with diesel shortages and the costs of will be passed to consumers and many will not be able to afford food.
