1. Thank God you made it out Alive !!! My Heart and Prayers are with this Family of Miraculous Survival !!!!

   The Management and Designers are Criminally Negligent and had no Business whatsoever to be making a living with Absolutely no knowledge of high rise building Structure Integrity and Design .

   The Paver Pool and Planter Design Absolutely extremely dangerous and fatal without proper Collumn Supports ,Severe SEVERE Water Damage Spalling Sagging Sinking and the most deteriorating conditions of rebar and concrete throughout the entire building

   I have been against high rise buildings my entire life due to the infinite amounts of safety concerns and impossible evacuation .

   That this beautiful family has survived is a miracle and true Inspiration for all .

20. Surfside was locatd in one of the few places, in Florida, that requires inspections of high rise condos. There was a state law to inspect them but the GOP legislature repealed it and Desantis said he would do nothing to prevent this from happing in the future. If you live in a condo in Florida it is up to you to keep yourself safe.

23. Everyone knows that salt water erodes everything therefore don’t live by the ocean. Rip to all that lost their lives. The owner should be charged for not properly maintaining the building. However if they had done that then the tenants would complain and file law suits. It’s ridiculous.
