Most of them will be dead u have 3 or 4 days left to find someone alive after that all of them will be dead becuse a body cant servie with out food or water for more than 7 days.

what needs to happen is the city needs to step up on this, local stores donate hard hats and gloves to every citizen that is willing to help, the city brings the dump trucks and everyone makes a line to clean up whatever debris they can from the outside in, while the professionals still use sonar in the main points to search for survivors, trust me everyone standing there waiting is and willing to help out clear out what they can if it means helping out the professionals find there love ones.
