  1. And….she encouraged the fatass to keep trying to get on other rides after he had been denied boarding on other rides. The blame isnt entiresly on the operators if he knew he was to big to get on other rides.

  2. Peace. This is so heartbreaking. The Children and youth are being slaughtered daily. If not this, it's violence, abuse, neglect. I personally feel a strong sense that these type of thrill insane rides should not allow any youth on them . You must be 25 or older to ride as well as considering weight over and under, Proper clothing, no loose hair, jewelry, illness etc. In this case that ride should be taken down altogether and these insane rides thinking about it, honestly these rides are not meant for family theme parks. So many people are being traumatized daily. I pray they can go on in life and get support and win this case.

  3. What a horrific way to die. I hope and pray his spirit was saved before he felt any fear or pain. I'm afraid of heights and I cannot fathom the horror of that feeling. I can't even imagine. I pray they all gain some sort of peace.

  4. He died because he was too fat and big for the ride. period. They should have never let him in the ride in the first place but he wanted to anyways.

  5. My heart breaks, there's no words that can describe loosing a child. It's a a un describable pain. My prayers for this young man's family.

  6. It sucks every other ride said he could'nt ride but that one did and he called his mom "There gonna let me ride there gonna let me ride" he was so happy to ride and now hes gone to soon

  7. If this is to be prevented in the future, I think ride operators who use this type of harness will have to set a "size" limit on top of a height limit.

  8. 100% support this lawsuit. I pray she gets a resolution that can save other lives. This ride is terrifying and needs to be tore down if they're not willing to add seatbelts or something. I'd NEVER be flying around at that speed without a proper restraint.

  9. Vote to get rid of Biden, AOC and the Squad in the next election 🚙🚙🚙🚙🚙🚙👍👍👍..Let's Go Brandon!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  10. Prayers to that boy and his family me and my daughter were playing mini golf right next to that ride that night it was horrible 🙏 RIP🙏

  11. The rider who visited the park a month prior to Tyre’s negligent death- the seat was not the issue.
That part should be left out.

Everybody who saw the video saw that his weight and height exceeded ride standards, he was not properly secured, the pull down bar was extremely ajar, and the operator blatantly fabricated the truth. Additionally he tampered with the seats security to allow Tyre accommodation. The only task to be completed that would have prevented this entire traumatic loss was: “You won’t fit in our seatbelt and it poses a threat to your safety”

    Negligence, not an accident.
