  1. *You dont just find a kidnapped child completely unharmed* . My case worker was fired for alleging that the state of Texas now had custody and took me from my home with no court order and it was all a lie lol even tho the say their own error, it took another year and 2 more case workers being fired before I was given back to my family. (Not to mention they attempted to put me up for adoption which they would have had the judge not stopped it) cps is an actual joke and almost nothing came out of the horror stories I heard for myself up in there. We need to know why they didnt have custody

  2. A Parental Kidnapping is this scenario. My friend lost custody of his son to his ex-wife because of drinking. He was bothering her over visitation rights and child support. He got arrested and told the cop he was going to snatch the kid. The cop told him that he'll be arrested for Parental Kidnapping if he does and those cases can be picked up by the Federal Government. Both the Cops and the Feds could prosecute him if they wanted to.

GET READY AS YOUR SILENCE ON THIS HUGE MEGA BUSTER NEWS PERHAPS IS SHOWING GUILT AND THAT YOU WERE ALSO INVOLVED ON IT AFTER ATTACKING TRUMP 24/7 FOR 4 STRAIGHT YEARS. FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT GETTING THIS HUGE NEWS FROM THIS DIVISIVE STATION, HERE IT IS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1a7mGxmK5RE&t=5s

  4. Some people shouldn’t be parents it’s a fact. We can’t judge the situation without knowing all the facts, at least we know she’s in safe hand and alive. Anything else is irrelevant

  5. All I can say is whatever reason they lost custody I'm just glad they didn't harm her she was found safe & healthy. But how old is the sister who has custody.?

  6. This thing with this is – it was the biological parents who had her and she was found safe, healthy and alive. The little cubby hole under the stairs was their hiding place – it is not where the girl was kept except for when the police came looking. The news makes it sound like she was stuck there for 2 years – but that she was found healthy, safe and alive says all you need to know. If this was nefarious, she would not have been found healthy, safe, and most likely, not alive. Now – a word about CPS – most of the time they do their due diligence, but just sometimes you get a person, perhaps new to the job, who is overzealous and under-educated, and, as a reporter, I know that too many children were ripped away from good, albeit poor homes, and placed in foster care where they were sexually abused and, perhaps, even trafficked. The US has over 60,000 missing children who had been taken away by Child Protective Agencies and placed in foster care – and no one is held accountable for their disappearance and no investigations are being conducted. Perhaps little Paisley's parents were caught smoking weed – I really don't know – but how many "elites' do cocaine, how many fashion icons are addicted to heroin – ditto those in the music and film industries – but they get to keep their kids. I would do some research before I jump to condemn the parents of this child who obviously loved her – something is not quite right and i don't think it is entirely the fault of the parents. One more note – a mother was nursing her new infant back in 1990 when nursing was not considered "normal" by the "new society," and CPS took the baby and placed her in foster care, because they thought that a mother allowing her infant to suck on her breasts was "sexual deviance" and "sexual abuse," – the actual words used to justify this malfeasance. Two years later, with the help of the La Leche League her child was finally returned, with no apologies – but mom and child had lost that critical bonding period, and mom never got to see her daughter's first steps or hear her first word. So – hold back condemnation until you know the whole story. That's all.

  7. Man they made it sound like some stranger abducted her… It was her own parents and she was in good health.. Lets not make this a case sounding like child abuse. Find the real missing children.

  8. Such a hard thing for everyone to deal with… I don't want people rights infringed with but when it comes to a kid oh well I'm searching all your stuff to find a baby. They had the baby out and about and neighbor's saw them… Having a baby in a dark closet lol 🤣 wow people are REMEDIAL in the south and Midwest.

  9. You don't know when you will take your last breath! I'd like to share my best friend's story with anyone who will listen.

    Precious Memories- By Sonya Lakey
We had no idea that the evening of September 24th, 2021, would be the last night our family would be complete. We laughed together, played games, sang, and enjoyed listening as our oldest son played the piano for us. I packed a lunch for him (which he usually did for himself) for the church hike he was going on the following day.

My mom, who was visiting from out of state, and I got up early with him on Saturday morning to hug him and see him off. He hugged me and smiled, never pulling away or rushing me. He got in the car, waved, said he'd see me later and he loved me. It was hard to watch my "new driver" heading out on his own.

As he pulled out of the gate, I turned to my mom and said, "It's just so hard letting go." Little did I know how much "letting go" I was really doing. That was the last time I saw our 16 year old son. He did not make it home that night.

That afternoon, a friend had tried to contact us, leaving a message on the phone to call back due to an emergency, but we really had no clue what was going on. And though we tried several times to return the call, we were not able to make a connection. As I helped prepare supper, an overwhelming feeling of deep concern for Ethan and dread filled my heart, and I quietly blinked back tears. I looked out the window, half expecting to see a police officer pulling in, but no.

However, within minutes, a police car DID pull in our driveway. In my heart, I feared the worst, but I went outside to speak with him. He confirmed who I and my husband (who followed me out) were, then hesitantly told us our son had fallen off a bluff and had succumbed to his injuries. Our hearts were crushed…. Still are.

Yet, in all of our brokenness, deep, continual grief and loneliness, we have such a blessed Hope and assurance that we will see our dear son again. You see, even as a young boy, Ethan realized some very important truths from God's Word.

He had sinned against a righteous, holy and just God. The Bible says:
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; ” (Romans 3:23)
“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” (Romans 5:12)

He understood that his sin separated him from God, and he deserved to spend eternity in Hell.
“It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.” (Hebrews 10:31)
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)

He understood he could not pay the price for his sins.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Ethan realized that, 'though he could not pay the price for his sins, the price had already been paid in full by the blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Jesus lived a perfectly sinless life. He had no fault of His own. But Jesus was crucified for our sins, and He took on Himself the sins of every person in the whole world. He was beaten, spit on, whipped, mocked, scourged, and nailed to the Cross of Calvary. He shed every drop of His righteous blood – because that was the only thing that could satisfy the just demands of a righteous God – so we could be made righteous in Him. He suffered all of that so Ethan – and you and I – would not have to spend eternity in the Lake of Fire, but so we could spend eternity in Heaven with HIM! THAT is a great LOVE.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)

Jesus did not stay on the cross, nor did He stay in the tomb where His body was buried. Three days later, Jesus arose triumphant over sin and death and the grave. Ethan believed this with his whole heart, asked Jesus to forgive his sins, and he put his faith in Jesus Christ ALONE to save him from sin and eternal death and to take him to Heaven someday.

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)
“And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.” (John 10:28)

Because of this great salvation, Ethan lived his life serving Jesus and others. He worked hard to spread this Good News to the world. We know he is alive in Heaven with Jesus today, and we know we will see him again soon, not because he was a great kid, but because of his faith in the great Saviour!

What about you? What if you had fallen to your death that day? Would your family, though grieving, be able to rejoice in the knowledge that they would see you again in Heaven, or would you be burning in Hell today?

The Word of God is very clear that there is only One Way to Heaven. “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6)

Have YOU trusted Jesus as YOUR Saviour? Have you asked Jesus to forgive you so you can go to Heaven & not have to spend eternity in the Lake of Fire? Tomorrow may be too late. As Ethan pulled out of sight that morning, we had no idea we would never see him again in this life. None of us have the promise of tomorrow! Put your faith in Jesus alone – today!

“(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)” (2 Corinthians 6:2)

"Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away." James 4:14

  10. "Reunited with he guardian."……
What a lie. She was stolen from her parents.
That child will never be ok.
Everyone thinks they were doing their job and doing "good" for the community and the little girl. The house and the child were in fine condition.
The state removes children from good homes, I see it all the time.
Kids are just like cattle to the system.
And people will cheer, because this child was removed from her biological parents.
Wow, I have seen this before.
Parents loved this child enough to kidnap her out state's custody.
(In most cases worse than her situation she was removed from at her family home.)
Now the parents will be in jail for a long time. Guilty for living their child too much.
Yes, the police and foster care agency workers think they know what's best for this child.
Now, because of this the child will have separation anxiety and bonding issues her entire life.
She will know what the "STATE" really about.
Her parents won't ever be there to help her heal.
    1984, at its finest.
    This made my stomach turn.
I know how this works up close first hand.
That child represents money to that state agency and nothing more.
God please help this family, so one day they may hold each other again.
I am a nurse, and I know this did not help anyone involved.
This just psychologically damaged this little girl for life.
She wants her family. All child love their parents.
    The state just disagreed.
Who would want to be this little girl?

  11. Paislee was in good health, although through interviews, Sinagra said, investigators discovered that she hadn't learned to read or write. Police found a bedroom that appeared to belong to Paislee in the home, but she said she be would placed under the stairs every time authorities visited, Sinagra said.

At least they could have taught her how to read and write, and yes that is a FIR6M OF NEGLECT FOLKS !!!
