So if there is a homeless or sick problem and the people are complaining but not taking action, then what, you know.

Remember this when your looking at candidates whom just addresses an issue and those that have updated solutions for that issue.
Like in this case, if America already is trying to halt the growth of a killer virus but yet the majority or the powerful of this country’s people are denying or mocking a killer virus, that is showing the rest of the world that the nations good/bad influence starts at the bottom, amplifies to the top & one side of the pole might not be as researched as another side of the pole. It is kind of bad, because it leads your own people astray and force other countries look elsewhere for global influence.
