They asked the Judge if she knew what a woman knows, and the Judge says she didn't. Why not show her one of the MANY forms where she has had to check mark that she's a woman and then ask her if she was lying THEN (on the form) or lying NOW (at the hearing) about knowing what a women is.

I watched a Youtube Titled: DISAPPROVED! Watch Sen. Kennedy Totally DISQUALIFY Biden's Supreme Court Nominee | Ketanji Brown. I think it's quite the opposite, he didn't disqualify her, why? When he asked her a question about when does life begin she mentions her religious beliefs – faith. She isn't really able to come out and give the answer but she knows when life begins. Her faith, she believes in Jesus Christ and that is the real answer. If she would have said when life begins she would be pro-life and the Dems would have gone bonkers. My Opinion: I also believe she doesn't seem like the type of a woman who would want Black Babies Murdered through abortion, I could be wrong. What do you think? #prolife Ketanji Brown Jackson?
Since black women makeup 7% of the US population, Biden has excluded 94% of American citizens for consideration. Judge Brown will never know whether it was gender and skin color or a brilliant legal mind that qualified her for the SCJ. After being so grossly humiliated in front of her direct family members, her peers, and the "American people," by those infuriated republican U.S. Senators at the "Senate Judiciary Committee," the Supreme Court's nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson, should respectfully reject her nomination by the U.S. President Joe Biden, and also inform him, that she would rather live the rest of her life, free of being harassed, because he had nominated her to the "U.S. Supreme Court," to fulfill his pledge during his presidential campaign.
She should also inform him that she doesn't need to be continually denigrated by those republican U.S. Senators, to make their points in pursuing their political ambitions, under the concealment of their affiliated political party, and the power of their elected Office.
She should then file an employment discrimination complaint at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, (the E.E.O.C.) under "Title VII of the 1964 Civil rights; since those republican U.S. Senators are so hell bent on not confirming her nomination to the "U.S. Supreme Court," by the sitting U.S. President Joe Biden, since he had vowed during his presidential campaign, to nominate a "black woman," to serve at the "U.S. Supreme Court."
Ironically, under the precepts of the U.S. Constitution, the nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson, couldn't personally apply for such position at the "United Supreme Court," but was officially nominated by the sitting U.S. President Joe Biden, base on her merits among her peers.
Why are those republican U.S. Senators so doggone infuriated by her nomination to the "United States Supreme Court," by the sitting U.S. President, since most of the U.S. Legislators are constantly being accused of violating the rule of law, during the execution of their mandated duties at their elected Office?
Ironically, during the last U.S. Administration, for four (4) continuous years, the republican U.S. Legislators from both chambers of the U.S Congress were continually advocating for the defense of the then U.S. President Donald Trump, (in violation of the "Separation of powers," between the branches of the U.S. government, and the "Principle of Checks and balances," at the U.S. government," to avoid any "Conflict of interest," between the duties of the "Officers of the United States," at their elected office.
For four (4) continuous years, the U.S. Legislators blindly disregarded, how the then sitting U.S. President Donald Trump had fully violated the law against nepotism at the U.S. government, (5 U.S. Code Section 3110: Employment of relatives.) He directly appointed his daughter, and her husband, as his "senior advisors," at his Cabinet.

If she cannot say what a woman is what will she do if someone like Rachel Dolezal who is identifying as being black wants to apply for a grant from the National Black MBA Association Scale-Up Pitch or the Coalition To Back Black Businesses Fund? Could someone please explain to me how a woman or a man their whole life can be extremely outspoken and vocal about things I feel and believe and the moment they become a Supreme Court Justice nominee all the sudden they have no opinion they don't recall anything they said or did and they have no opinions anymore. Jackson is NOT QUALIFIED for a position on the SUPREME COURT! She's dishonest, corrupted and politically motivated! Why are we adding to the swamp?
I have nothing against anyone becoming a SCOTUS justice as long as they are a human being and a United States citizen. However, are we to assume that Jackson is qualified? She has to prove herself just like every person regardless of gender or skin color. Kamala has credentials too but her actions and words do not give credence to her credentials. By the way, she is not of African descent. So selecting candidates on gender and skin color alone to appease a political landscape or perceived quota can be very dangerous.
Furthermore it is discrimination against other skin colors who are legitimate candidates, forget about whites, pick whatever color, what about them? The Victim mentality of blacks has become so tiresome. More and more people are continuing to wake up to this reality, including blacks who find it insulting as if they cannot make it on their own merit and abilities.
