"Possession of a dangerous weapon as a minor" I have alot of issues with this statement first off all guns are dangerous whether it shoots a 17hmr or 50 cal second I am no law expert but you can buy a handgun at 21 and a rifle at 18 but you can go hunting at any age with said rifle so is there a law that says if a minor uses a gun it can only be for hunting purposes and not self defense??? When the crowd caught up to him he shot people trying to stop him from running. There's nothing sensical, heroic, admirable about his actions. His mother should also be held liable.

27. Lol. Notice how people that are so triggered now focus on the second and third person that got shot? It’s because there is a hole in the story. And it calls into question whether or not the defendant was the aggressor and whether or not he should have been reasonably afraid if he wasn’t. Note: I didn’t say he was guilty, but the more people get triggered by this the harder it is to believe him which is why words matter in court. stupid use of words like arson or victim impact the jury. And if rosenbaum isn’t an arsonist it hurts the defendants case which is why it’s a big deal the defense doesn’t need proof beyond the defendants testimony to use that language.
