11. Good. Hope they get restitution. Question – when the city pays up, and possibly is put on the verge of bankruptcy, how does the city recoup that money? Would suck if they just increased taxes, fines, etc., on residents, which means everyone would be paying themselves. Maybe the people responsible for the issue should be help personally liable.
