  1. This makes me understand that our local public housing is wonderful compared to other places. I have relatives that live in public housing. The units are never cold…ever. Heat pumps are well maintained and if one breaks down, it is repaired immediately.

  4. I hear Africa is warmer this time of year. I’d rather my tax dollars go towards a one way ticket to Ghana Africa than fixing your dang heater. 🙂
