  1. Its all very make believe. Where does the power come from when the wind stops or the winds are too strong during storm season for instance. What are they made of that guarantees they last forever. What happens to waste from damaged/broken down parts. Are they sent back to who manufactured them to dispose of. The real lie, if wind turbines are so damn good why is China manufacturing and exporting turbines to other countries when they to have lots of mountains, a coastline and lots of windy plains to put their own turbines on their farmlands and waterways. Instead china is flat out building copious coal fired power stations.

  2. These turbines cost a lot and have a expectancy of 20-25 years. Imagine if there will be no wind. Useless pieces of metal. Better build some nuclear power plants, they give energy more stable, cheaper and do not make landscape so ugly as wind turbines.

  3. non baseload energy is distraction and waste of time as it must be backed up or provided with storage and extra transmission infrastructure. Wind is like the employee which shows up and works only when it feels like it leaving the rest of the team to pick up the slack. If we need low carbon energy hydroelectric, geothermal, and nuclear are better options.

  4. Self interest is for the past; common interest is for the future. D.Attenborough

US: The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make US manufacturing non-competitive. D.Trump

Native: Your kids can name more KPop groups than types of trees. S.Sherman

COP26 is blah blah blah while the US and Manchin back their oil and coal company self interest dividends over climate change.

  5. Stupid person report. No wind, no energy! You will need either Diesel generators, gas peaker plants, coal plants or better….nuclear fission or fusion power. Wind is just a short term fools game.

  6. This is not working well in the UK where the wind is not as steady as they thought. Now there is a mad rush for natural gas and other base load power. Is there a blackout coming to your wind powered neighborhood?

  7. Mybe stop using horizontal ones for they need faster wind to work but can't work in fast wind and it kills lots of birds.
Mybe invest in vertical wind turbines for they need less wind to work and can work in fast winds faster then the horizontal ones and they kill 20% less birds add 1 black blade and it now kills 45% less then a black blade horizontal one.
Oh horizontal turbines need to stop around 55 to 60 mph winds.
Vertical ones need to stop around 75 to 80 mph winds.

  8. No money to be made, it's why the largest wind farm company in MN switched over to building railroad tracks. If they stayed with windmills they'd be bankrupt says their VP.

  9. Cool. I would love to have one of these in my neighborhood, as long as it's not too noisy. Now we just need to figure out how to recycle the materials (although their life cycles are very long, much longer than any car), and we'll be set! No more digging up the remains of million-year-old flora and fauna from the ground!

  10. Weird you don’t even publish it maybe you don’t know about it but it takes a barrel if oil to keep those turbines oiled up so they turn properly.
