  1. I salute you on this matter. I for one believe the retirement (sic) allows for his triumphant return in August, with bonus in hand, and hopefully his favorite tight end too. Why August, you ask? Well, training in all sports is boring and draining. But, in football, it's really grueling. So, if he returns out of retirement after training camp, his fellow players buy it (well, some of them) and the world publicizes the return of Caesar. OK, I live in Tampa and hope this is true…

  2. Omg no words just thank you for everything and congratulations on everything 7 time super bowl champion Tom Brady 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

  3. Can we shut the ** up about what he's going to do. We'll know when we know. Get a life. Is this guy paying your bills? Who gives a rip.

  4. If he is retiring, he deserves the rest. He's done plenty and has had a brilliant career in a sport where most would've long since retired either from injury or inability to continue. He has nothing left to prove.

  6. PSA: Adam Schefter is nothing more than a gossip columnist. The guy does not fact check. Hell I almost think a homeless man repping Raiders gear could have broken the Josh McDaniels Story.
So he screws up the Brady retirement so bad that according to Jeff Howe(writes for the Athletic) "I'll say this, the last time Tom Brady was this pissed off, he went to three straight Super Bowls."
Then there is the Dalvin Cook screw up.. Getting only Dalvin Cooks story out there before, ya know, even checking the police report.
He claimed there was a much higher profile name involved in the Robert Kraft prostitution scandal.
Ongoing WFT scandal? Let's just let Bruce Allen write our stories for us.
Leaking JPP's medical records was classy.
Or how bout reporting on a Dez Bryant tape of him hitting a woman in a parking lot that didn't exist?

Is this guy just a fan boy, paparazzi or moron?

  7. Man, ESPN is really putting that E for entertainment in ESPN aren't they? Is Schefter even a reporter at this point?

WFT scandal? Letting them write the story for you? Is he just lazy maybe?

  8. An NFL insider has recently verified his retirement is real. No more cheating, enhancers, and help from referees. Who will be NFL’s next golden boy?

  10. I hope he plays 1 last season but it would be a disappointment to him if he doesn't make it to the Superbowl!🐐🏈

  11. SAYING TOM BRADY IS FAKE…DISRESPECTFUL?
Actually, I think the fans who believe Tom Brady's career to be real are the ones that disrespect the rest of the players. It would be a truly great shame if these players, getting paid millions, were as inept against Tom as Vanderbilt is against Alabama.
The kids at Vandy are not getting paid millions of bucks to lose constantly to Alabama. And they are not on the same level of talent and ability as the kids at 'Bama.
So there's no shame in losing to 'Bama if you're the kids at Vandy.

Tom's success could only be achieved at the college level where teams with radically different levels of talent meet on the field.
    ._ Since 1960 Alabama's record is 55-2 against Vandy.

However, it's truly absurd to consider that the same thing is happening in a professional league where every team has top talent getting paid millions to compete and win.
Players drafted from the same talent pool as Tom's team, having the same talent level and getting paid millions would be shameful to lose to Tom in a manner comparable to Vandy losing to Alabama.

    Let's take a look:
Tom has won 33 of 36 games vs. the Buffalo Bills.
It's strictly impossible to dominate an NFL team to such a degree (91% winning percentage.)

How about a 100% winning percentage?
Tom is 26-0 against these four NFL teams:
    Falcons
    Cowboys
    Vikings
    Bucs

It is, of course, not possible to achieve a 100% winning percentage against NFL teams over so many games.

Let's factor in some more teams…
Tom's combined record against these teams:
    Falcons 10-0
    Cowboys 6-0
    Vikings 6-0
    Bucs 4-0
    Bengals 7-1
    Browns 7-1
    Bills 33-3
    Bears 6-1
    Jaguars 8-1

And the grand total comes to: 87-7
A 92.5% winning percentage against NINE NFL teams over 94 games?

Even IF Tom was actually great he still couldn't subdue NFL teams to this degree.
Great QBs are still relegated to the sidelines for half of the entire game!
When they are on the field they still depend on many other teammates to out-perform their counterparts well enough to win.

Tom is really just 1 of 44 players who start in an NFL game.
He has nothing to do with defense or special teams or FG kicking…yet it always works out his way.

Tom Brady went 10-0 in the playoffs to begin his career. Then he went 8-8 in his prime.
But since turning 36 Tom has gone 16-3 in the playoffs.

It's strictly impossible for a player to peak into the most dominant player in sports history after his prime and at the same age where all other players in history have gone into decline and retirement.

Brady has more than twice the number of playoff wins than any other quarterback in history.

If you combine Aaron Rodgers, Brett Favre and Bart Starr's playoff wins…
They've got one less win than Tom!

Tom has now won 7 more playoff games than Jim Kelly, Troy Aikman and Dan Marino combined!

Joe Montana & Terry Bradshaw combined have 254 total wins… 25 less wins than Tom!

Tom Brady has won 278 NFL games.
An astute fan should be able to deduce just from that one fact alone that Tom is being allowed to win.

The next best winner is Peyton Manning , who is five full seasons of victories behind Tom with 200 total wins.

Tom won 87 of his first 100 home games – an 87% winning percentage over 12 seasons.
It's not possible to win at such a high percentage in the NFL – a league that universally features top national talent on every team.

Tom won 100 out of 101 games when leading at the half.
Fans should realize this would be impossible if the games were real.
The normal winning percentage when leading at the half in the NFL is 70%.

It's impossible to completely defy an average by 29% over so many seasons.

Tom has 19 consecutive double-digit win seasons.
Based on everything we know about how competitive the NFL is, this is beyond all real-world possibility.
Most teams manage no more than 2 such seasons in a row due to factors such as injury, tough opponents, roster-turnover, bad drafts, retirement, etc.

As we see, it's the fans that believe in Tom's accomplishments that are expressing total disrespect for the rest of the NFL.
In fact, they are just letting Tom win.
