7. With all the fighting over mandates against wearing masks in schools in Florida and Texas regarding masks at schools is just mind-blowing. Parents do have the right to decide if their children should wear a mask while in school. However, I just cannot see a parent choosing to send their child to school without a mask just to prove a point. That's asking your children to play Russian roulette with their health and their lives. So far young children have not been largely affected by Covid-19, but why take the chance?

   Would you allow your child to get on a boat to go out on the lake without a lifevest? Would you allow your children to not wear a seat belt?

   Remember this isn't just about your rights. It's about doing the right thing for your children. The last thing I want to see is a parent standing in front of a window looking into a hospital room at their child and then saying I wish I would have listened and having to watch their child die.

10. Good. When it comes to public health, the whole of society is greater than the individual. These mandates are also likely constitutional. When it comes to public health, the Scotus has previously ruled that as long as its for the benefit of public health, vaccine mandates are constitutional.

11. Wearing a mask in the room all day makes me tired. Often I take it off. I put it on when I come near a student. Some students often have the masks off or dangling on one ear; I never bother them.

12. Per the CDC most of the masks worn are 20% effective. Makes sense to divide this much over something that is ultimately ineffective. Also, the unvaccinated aren’t causing variants.
