13. Just to be clear. If a foreign leader gave DJT's speech prior to the acts at the U.S. Capitol on Jan 6th, would it be considered a threat or call for action against the United States? Yes. Absolutely.

    And the U.S. Congress most likely would've immediately convened to declare war and/or retaliation against that nation or faction. Full Stop.
