How can you as a father help your son get a firearm when you know he has a history of being mentally and emotionally unstable? What happened to common sense? There has to be a medical background check added to the current ATF form. Most importantly, those who sell firearms to those that have a history of mental and emotional instability should be put in jail for 15 years and pay a $100000 fine. That is a law that needs to be passed.
