We are a family of 7. All were covid positive. Unfortunately, my husband, who has asthma still recovering. My other family members, who I haven't had contact with during the new year, also were positive. It took 6 hours wait to have tested for covid. This type of testing kit is convenient for students.
My employer wouldn't allow the use of home testing. I was required to provide a test from a lab. Companies that have these requirements are taking away testing for people that ACTUALLY need it. There's a shortage for reasons, and the reasons are unnecessary testing requirements.
They don't even start shipping them until beginning of February.

Except you can't get a test unless you have a residential address or a PO Box at the post office… If you have a Box at the UPS store you cannot get a test… i just tried Pretty Interesting.. the order itself Should go by the person's name not their address..So everybody can get a test…. meaning families with 10 people can order their own test kits… Pretty half assed backwards government .. I get everything through my UPS box Because my location does not have a residential mailbox.. But yet the USPS Runs my box address as an individual address pretty interesting. I got my stimulus checks and I get everything in through that box

How come they never tested for the flu? That has been around for many years. Bogus19 comes out and they already have a test for it. Just never made any sense to me. Why would anyone want these? It's a friggin cold virus. We have all gotten the cold before, except now half of you act like it is the plague. Bunch of fear driven wimps. I was sick for 2 weeks, now I am almost over it completely. Just like any other cold or flu season. Will some unhealthy people die? Maybe but what is that to me? People die every day and if I do not know you, why would I care other than fleetingly?
Does each test come with a free pre-filled out mail in ballot too?
When I went to request covid tests it said someone at my address has already requested one. There are 200 units here. You mean to tell me its one per street address and not every apartment?

The alternative is to take responsibility for your own sickness instead of blaming others for weakening your body enough to make it sick. Only by being responsible can you leave behind the fear, be happy and kind.

If they are the same cheap ones from China we been selling at my job, your gonna need 3-4 test to make sure they aren't false positive/negative results.
